Id like to know how to do this a simpliest way possible, im a noob in running a mac, Ive got a mac at home but on my sisters pc its for her work. I dont want to spend money on a mac desktop so I want to do it this way. Later on i will purchase a mac laptop.

download the JaS 10.4.8 SSE3 installation DVD. (find the torrent on any torrent site). Burn it to a DVD-R (or DVD+R (no RW!)) at the slowest speed possible. Create a partition on your hard disk where windows is installed. Reboot using the dvd and install OS X. Reboot and enjoy

(search the wiki for dual boot solutions, there they have excellent manuals)

I got a question

When I downloaded the file it was 4.5 GB and it came in Rar format

WHen I open up rar I get i think 7 files (sorry not near home pc just at school) anyway. And by looking at the file sizes id say its bout 1.5Gb

Are there files hidden? or should I just burn the 10.4.6 Rar.Iso onto a DVD and go from there? Or whould I extract it and burn an Iso with the files that are visible to me.

Files I get in rar are like "Boot 1 and other files that contain boot or something" cant tell because not home

audio dont work, but I want to know how to format hard drive properly so I can install OSx86 on it so it will boot with out DVD and will boot with out restarting installation after downloading updates.

1) All OS updates must be patched just like the patched DVD you downloaded. Do not install any OS updates from Software Update

2) What version(s) of OSX do you have?

3) Are you installing OSX to a partition or to the whole hard drive?

Format the whole drive as FAT32. Use a Windows/Linux utility but not Windows itself because Windows will not format larger than 32 GB. Formatting as FAT32 creates a tiny partition for the boot sector and MBR. The rest of the drive is one big partition.

When installing OSX, go to Disk Utility and select the large partition icon below the hard drive icon. Erase (format) that partition as MacOS Extended Journaled. This will install the necessary boot files in the right locations. Then finish your installation.

ive heard that i have to use VM or something to do this process?

Whats a good utility tool to use becauseI got 2 Hard drives 1 for windows and 2nd for Mac

What about getting sound to work? and Video?
