Normal incremental upgrade from Sequoia 15.3 -> 15.4 Beta on my HackMini8,1.  Not using OCLP (and never have on this hack).  Booting with OC 1.0.3.  Disabled BluetoolFixup.kext before downloading the incremental update.

@Anto65 Someone at MacRumors indicated that their M1 Mac downloaded the full 15+ GB installer.  Could it be that there was a flaw in the initial post by Apple which has since been fixed and only affected the early adopters?  Not sure.

OCLP doesn't work for now. After updating and applying the patch it keeps on working on ssd (light blinking) with black screen. Let's see next for me too. Of course it works without acc in safe mode.

Writing from Sonoma.

This latest Beta has presented a slight problem on my machine that was not there before.

I use the Audacity app to record some material on Youtube and convert to MP3 files for later listening.

On play back the recordings are interspersed with occasional crackles and pops.

Removing the app, cleaning and installing again does not solve the problem.

Luckily I have an up to date Sonoma running on the same machine with the same app settings and the recordings are fine.

I can only surmise this latest Beta is a bit flaky, apart from that I find no other unusual behavior.

Hey bud,

It's been a while since I used Audacity but I just tested it and the sound is fine.

Am I doing it right?

1. Play a YT video

2.Hit Record

3. Hit Stop Recording

4. Export as MP3

I tested 1 min audio only. I will test a few songs to see if there is any difference.

Btw, updated to 13.4, so far no issues. Incremental update.

Until now, all skylake and lower gave error with OCPL. AMD and Nvidia. Tried on 4 rigs. Lets see next.

In my case it's Coffee Lake but i don't get any error till the screen becomes black, the ssd led blinks forever then after ages it restarts. I uninstalled OCLP and tried again with a new one. No way.  I assume the issue is somewhere else. Let's wait for a fix if any with OCLP. For now i must work with Sonoma.
