But Intel HD530 is not working in Sonoma natively. If you are lucky to make it somehow working then expect problems somewhere.

Intel HD 530 working well in my Skylake hackintoshs with only one issue: unable wake up from S3 sleep in Lenovo M900.

Before Sonoma 14.3 beta it worked almost perfectly in my Acer veriton X6650G & Lenovo M900 hackintoshs.

So I see completed installs on 13th gen cpu desktops, what is barrier to 12th, 13th gen laptops, is it chipset?

I think the stop factor is graphics card. You can't insert AMD Radeon inside a laptop and embedded intel graphics of 11-14th gen will not work in macOS.

How to fix this error at Sonoma 14.3 beta1 only in my Skylake hackintoshs:

MB: ACER Veriton X6650G|CPU: i5-6600 3.3 GHz|GPU: Intel HD 530|Chipset:SQ 270

Almost many app open with immediate crash.

This issue was fixed by OpenCore 0.9.5 & its modified config.plist.

Call me reckless, happy-go-lucky, stupid or be kind and say brave with these two factors on my machine.

1. Running Sonoma latest Beta.

2. Running OCLP 1.4.0 (Nightly).

So far fingers crossed and everything that can be crossed, no sign of problems.

Now that's what I call being on the cutting edge. :hysterical:

Not to worry though I have a backup working Sonoma copy without the above just incase the brown stuff hits the fan.

Sorry, what do you mean "the brown stuff"? Rat?

To put it nicely.....It means excrement (you know bodily waste, only fit for the toilet).

PS. don't take my laughing emoji as ridicule, it is meant as slight amusement on my part as I thought the terminology 'Brown Stuff hitting the Fan' is well known and is used when things go wrong or not as expected.

Maybe there is an equivalent saying in different parts of the world.

Hi guys 🤗

After two months without touching MacOS, last night I reinstalled it on an NVMe that I had unused.

It still works perfectly on my computer...

Sorry that I did not pick up that it was Italian. Upon closer scrutiny of the text I was indeed able to figure it out.

I am fluent in 3 European and 2 African languages, of which neither Italian nor Spanish is included in my communications

"repertoire", therefore please forgive me that I erred in this particular instance.

In the interim I have upgraded 2 of my Sonoma installations to 14.3 (23D56) without any problems.

Greetings Henties
