I'd also suggest to make sure your apps are all updated and compatible with the Beta 4 version. Sometimes, an update mismatch can cause these kinds of quirks.

Also, how about checking your system's date and time settings? If they're off, it can sometimes mess with app configurations and logins.

Thank you for your response.  However, all apps are updated, most are automatic.  Time and date are correct.

<However, a solution (of sorts): Complete reinstall of the Beta and also changed the ID, and after that, problem fixed.  I'm guessing a corrupt plist somewhere as OC version and all other kexts and configurations stayed the same.>

Also having issue of desktop drive icons not retaining positions after update/reboot.   Did Sonome change the way to configure drive icon placement on desktop different from from Ventura?

Great to hear your issue got fixed!

can you guys run this command in sonoma and attach the file that gets decompress in the "Out" folder ?

the system might hang a bit while the decompress is done

./dsce /System/Volumes/Preboot/Cryptexes/OS/System/Library/dyld/dyld_shared_cache_x86_64h /System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework/Versions/A/Resources/GLEngine.bundle/GLEngine

i'm doing some research but lazy to install sonoma
