kalle_19
On my mac mini i have the latest macdrive version (6.1.2 update to 6.1.5) installed, but my HSF partition isn't recognized, and not visible in explorer. I don't have daemon-tools or alcohol 120% and i've tried to reinstall macdrive many times. Please Help! /Kalle_19 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35514-macdrive-problem/ Share on other sites
Dr. Hurt
Do you have any other CD burning or mounting programs? Search for sptd using search. Make sure you search in hidden files and folders. If it's present, then delete it. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35514-macdrive-problem/#findComment-252739 Share on other sites
Rammjet
Do you have any other CD burning or mounting programs?Search for sptd using search. Make sure you search in hidden files and folders. If it's present, then delete it. Especially if you previously had Daemon Tools or Alcohol and then deleted it. This file (sptd) didn't get deleted and is conflicting with MacDrive. Edit: look for SPTD.SYS file in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35514-macdrive-problem/#findComment-252742 Share on other sites
curlyboy
You could try deleting all traces of macdrive from windows registry and then do a clean install of macdrive again sometimes helps Start menu - run then on commandline type regedit Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35514-macdrive-problem/#findComment-252808 Share on other sites
