Hi.

I upgraded to Monterey and I have an issue. Maybe someone knows how to help me.

For my audio interface to work, it requires Vt-d to be enabled in BIOS and obviously for Vt-d to work, IOMapper to be disabled in the plist.

If I enable Vt-d, I get no ethernet or wifi. My computer sees them in the system info, but in the system preferences/Network the ethernet tab says no cable is plugged or it can't find the connection or something like that. This problem didn't exist in Catalina. After I upgraded to Monterey, this started.

Is there some setting in Opencore 0.7.4 or 5, that mediates this?

If I disable Vt-d in BIOS, ethernet and wifi works, but no audio interface.

I'm also interested in why this happened in Monterey. Is it some new feature in macOS or something that causes this?

Thanks in advance!

Oh no. A clean install would mean days and days of re-installing all my plugins which is super work intensive because of all the protection schemes. That would be pretty bad.

And I didn't find many with the same problem googling around, but the few I did find, hadn't found the fix in doing a clean install. Doesn't of course mean it wouldn't fix it for me.

Here's my EFI.
