After upgrading the MacBook Pro 2016 to OS BigSur the bluetooth module stopped working. I bought a compatible bluetooth adapter and it still didn't work. Can you help me?

You can reset NVRAM and SMC and see if that helps.

To reset NVRAM press all these keys and turn the MacBook on: command+option+p+r  and to reset SMC follow these instructions:

I've already performed the clean installation, but even so the bluetooth doesn't work. When upgrading now to macOS Monterey, the bluetooth icon reappeared in system preferences, but I can't activate it. A screenshot of the current preferences follows.
