Cyberdevs
@allanmarcelino2 You can reset NVRAM and SMC and see if that helps. To reset NVRAM press all these keys and turn the MacBook on: command+option+p+r and to reset SMC follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295 you can also reset the Bluetooth using these instructions: https://appleinsider.com/articles/21/01/05/how-to-reset-bluetooth-on-macos-big-sur 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/349276-dongle-bluetooth-for-macos-bigsur/#findComment-2769479 Share on other sites

Allan
What about performing a clean install? Sometimes is the best way, and as you have a Apple device it will be a peace of cake. 😉 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/349276-dongle-bluetooth-for-macos-bigsur/#findComment-2769973 Share on other sites
allanmarcelino2
I've already performed the clean installation, but even so the bluetooth doesn't work. When upgrading now to macOS Monterey, the bluetooth icon reappeared in system preferences, but I can't activate it. A screenshot of the current preferences follows. Allan
As you have an Apple hardware, would be good if you contact Apple services. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/349276-dongle-bluetooth-for-macos-bigsur/#findComment-2771990 Share on other sites
