Guest 5T33Z0
Upgraded succesfully, but this Kernel Patch for Intel i225 2.5 GBit Ethernet Controller is no longer working: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config.plist/comet-lake.html#patch-2 Reverted back to FakePCIID for now and Internet works again. Guest 5T33Z0
@ellaosx I am using the FakePCIID Injector kext for the I225 by Schmocklord as a fallback which still works fine.
T0pol
updated without any problem , still using OpenCore 0.6.6 , no change with USB3 etc.. I hope that a strange bug on Safari will disapeer soon : high CPU load at startup, if I select "New windows starts with : start page" before and after update on my Hack, 280% CPU load. On a Macbook pro 2015 with a core i7-4c it has the same bug, less CPU load (only 3 pages in history on this one).
bisdak4920
Clean install with OC 0.7.0. Am dual booting Catalina and Big Sur 11.5 and Widows 10 with single EFI attached to Catalina. Erased Big Sur 11.5 using Windows 10 diskpart. I made a usb installer using create install media and without EFI. Attached USB and boot Catalina and start installing Big Sur 11.4. After installation boot Big Sur using boot loader from Catalina without issues.
