HenryV
Make sure that the picker mode is set to BuiltIn if you want just the menu. If picker mode is set to External more resources need to be installed to provide a GUI. You would do well to find a config.plist from a successful install that is as close to your hardware as you can find, and use that as a guide. Have a look here: https://github.com/topics/hackintosh?o=desc&s=updated

It might be crashing on something and not giving any log. You'd likely benefit from using the debug version of OpenCore, setting Misc->Debug->DisplayLevel to 2147483650 and Misc->Debug->Target to 3 for on screen logs and 67 for on screen + file logging. I'd guess that it is unable to find a driver which you have stated in your config.plist but doesn't actually exist under EFI/OC/Drivers. Edit: Sorry, just realized this a couple months old...oops. Hope things are going well now! Edited November 5, 2020 by 1Revenger1

Dmitriy85
you need to make an up-to-date config. Arrange the quirks correctly
