mac033 Posted November 24, 2006 Share Posted November 24, 2006 i am new to this i have tried everything to get osx on my pc but to no avail i have a amd sempron 3100+ and the asrock K8NF6G-VSTA mother board i have tried 2 different osx86 iso files burned them both on multiple media and i have osx booting in vmware off a partition only thing is it wont boot either install disc from startup but works fine from vmware i need help fast!! please embrace me with ur knowledge the one of the images i used was Mac-OS-X-10.4.7-AMD.Intel-(JaS)-ISO-Repack and i forget the other Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/34046-heeelllppp/ Share on other sites More sharing options...

Colonel Posted November 24, 2006 Share Posted November 24, 2006 Put in the OS X install DVD and try to boot off of it by selecting you DVD drive in your BIOS boot options. When you get to the Darwin boot prompt, press F8 then type "-v" without the quotes.
