Arnaud
I try desperately to install High Sierra on my Hackintosh. My config : Asus Z97P - 16 Go RAM Nvidia GTX 1060 (unplugged for now) i7 4790K System on SSD Samsung EVO 850 - 500 Mo If I boot on an external hard drive (USB) with El Capitan, it starts. I tried for weeks with no success. Cannot even boot on the USB key ! If someone can help, it will be very nice. Many thanks in advance. Arnaud
Hello Alan, I followed all the tutorials. I re-downloaded a version of High Sierra. I arrive to the install, after choosing the language, impossible to install. I always got the error message : application is damaged. I tried maybe 12 times. With new installers, new USB key,... Always the same. Any idea? thanks in advance AG Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/338125-struggling-to-install-high-sierra-on-asus-z97p-gtx-1060/#findComment-2668672 Share on other sites

Arnaud
Hello Guys, Well, the installation is almost done ! I finally installed the webdriver yesterday using this method: https://github.com/Benjamin-Dobell/nvidia-update Now, I have the last problem to fix (maybe the biggest) : the system doesn't recognize the ASUS GTX 1060. Only 33 Mo shows in the PCI detail "about your Mac". So CUDA doesn't work and the display is VERY slow. If anybody got an idea, it will be wonderful ! Many thanks in advance. Arnaud
Hello Allan, Thank you for your answer, unfortunately, it was already parametered that way. The up to date webdrivers are installed (following Chris1111 method to patch it). THe upto date CUDA driver is installer but doesn't detect the GPU. YOu'll find below the screenshots and my EFI. If you can find the way to fix that it will be wonderful. Thank you in advance.
