Hervé
No native support for old nVidia GF 210 in Mojave 10.14.4 unless you import the nVidia Tesla kexts from High Sierra 10.13.6 and revert to a couple of frameworks from Mojave 10.14.3. The only nVidia cards officially supported by Mojave are Kepler models, nothing before, nothing after. It's probably best to stick with the HD4400 iGPU (you'll fake HD4600 id 0x0412 if necessary). Haswell platforms do support Mojave. Edited March 29, 2019 by Hervé

Hervé
Basically: you install the nVidia kexts from High Sierra 10.13.6 (details available here for instance) you revert GPUSupport.framework + OpenGL.framework from Mojave 10.14.3 Edited March 29, 2019 by Hervé
