CooSee Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 (edited) hello, my Nvidia GTX 760 just died I bought a Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX590 8G - tried to boot, but no luck. using Sierra with modified DSDT.aml and Nvidia Drivers installed. howto switch or Boot current Clover with this new device - never used ATI Graphics before. can i add some needed files to the OSX EFI partition from Linux (FunToo) ? thx Edited February 27, 2019 by CooSee Solved Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

CooSee Posted February 26, 2019 Author Share Posted February 26, 2019 (edited) thx for reply, but i can't boot into the system at all. screen goes black and some seconds after that, the graphics card fan's going up at full speed ! using Clover v2.4k r4769 - iMac 17.1 - there's no WhatEverGreen.kext in the Clover folder, but LiLu. can i copy WhatEverGreen.kext from a Linux System to the EFI folder ? i have this Send Me file from last time i needed a better DSDT.aml - MaLdOn helped me at that time. can you maybe modify it for me or should i ask MaLdOn ? i also have a MacBook Air - can this help me better. it's some time ago i used the OSX System, since the GTX broke in November - i think i forgot some things Send me CooSeeS-iMac.zip Edited February 26, 2019 by CooSee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, at Clover GUI you can clean the NVRam. nope, no Stick prepared. i think, i just download Sierra on the MacBook and create a Stick with current Clover. what options should i choose when installing Clover on the USB - never used ATI Graphics before.
