Geesu
So I just bought a MBP After having my hackintosh for a while I decided to actually buy one since I had some $$ But my question is: Is there an alternative to microsoft's remote desktop connect? I know most linux distros come with an app that will allow you to connect to windows machines, I was thinking maybe there was a mac build somewhere? Or is it possible to configure RDC to allow you to have more than one window open? (i.e. more than one computer connection open) Thanks!!! Pu7o
There's rdesktop, but it needs X11 to work. And I think there's a java version of it, too.
non sequitur
vnc ftw! http://www.realvnc.com/ the best client, however, is chicken of the vnc. http://sourceforge.net/projects/cotvnc/
Hagar
TSClientX is what you're looking for. http://desktopecho.com/tsclientx/ it's native intel, unlike M$'s pathetic offering. requires X11 (but so does rdesktop) I use the concurrent connections hack on my windows machine so I can log in on one account without logging out another.. also seamlessRDP is very nice.. IMO.. enjoy
