mac.nub
Hey All, I've been trying to get a USB Wireless adapter (3CRUSB10075) working on my OS X install, I downloaded the ZDA211MacUSB_install_4_5_7_0.dmg as recommended elsewhere, however the device does not show up under the list for the application Is there any other way to get this to work? Many Thanks!
Rammjet
The device is based on the Zydas ZD1211 chipset. But there are two chipsets ZD1211 and ZD1211B and it isn't clear which the device has. http://www.atheros.com/RD/downloads/download_ZD1211.htm http://www.atheros.com/RD/downloads/download_ZD1211B.htm You tried the B version. Maybe try the other.

Regards PD: I'm using 10.5.4 (iATKOS v4) got this 'working' using the above advice (thank you so much!). however, i can only see ssid's that are on channel 1, which is pretty inconvenient, and i can't find any way to change the selected channel (that is, if i'm understanding the wlan application windows correctly). there's an advanced config section where it seems you can change all the usual settings for a wireless device.. except the channel, which is greyed out. ... any advice?
