tomtefar
Silicon Image 3132 has native drivers that work (i'm using it). ASUS P5B Deluxe works with 6SATA from ICH8R (P965) (and 2 from JMB363). MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum (PCB rev 1.0) has a Silicon Image 3114 with 4 SATA ports that work. Search the forum, it's all there. Get Mac Pro drivers 10.4.8 from hpt website. Unfortunately, it doesn't do RAID on OS X. Only works as a SATA controller. bofors
anybody got raptors on osx ? Yes, and they are for sale too: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=33081 Anyone know any bootable PCIe RAID cards? (I mean, with bootable hardware RAID). I believe the only bootable RAID on OS X at the moment is soft RAID on PPC (not x86, even on real Macs). TomTom1
With RocketRaid 2310. Can I do a Raid0, with two partitions, one on NTFS, and other with +HFs?? I want a sata controller that i can make a RAID0, and i will be recognized by OSX ? Sorry for wake up the topic. Did anyone know his question? I'd like to know too. I just dig and dig, but never seems to find the answer. And, by the way.... RAID 0=ST3400633AS 400 GB + ST3400633AS 400 GB It is created in controller BIOS Mr. Macks. When you see your RAID0 400x2 as one 800GB Harddrive in your OsX86. Do you also see it the same (one 800GB) in your Windows(Native windows, not VMwere or Parallels)?
