Ora ho tolto tutti i file da ACPI e ho lasciato solo i file nella cartella dei kext e drivers64UEFI. Davvero ragazzi non sto capendo perchè si sia sfanculato così, ora ho reinserito tutti i file vecchi nella cartella patched e tutto è tornato a funzionare perfettamente!
