Yes, after installation is complete you can install clover on your hard disk or you can copy the EFI folder on your flash drive on EFI partition of the macOS hard disk.

Use clover configurator to mount the EFI partition on the usb disk and you hard disk which you installed macOS on, copy the EFI folder on the USB disk on the EFI partition of the hard disk and your done.

 

after you copied the EFI folder remove the USB disk and reboot. macOS should start from your hard disk now.

You can test and see if everything is working, like Sound, Sleep, Shutdown, USB 3.0 Ports, etc.

You can open "About This Mac" from Apple menu and see if everything as it's suppose to be, like your processor speed and Graphic Adapter's Memory.

 

You can also run benchmarking tools such as "Cinebench" and "LuxMark" and post it here or just compare them to your benchmarks in Windows.
