Finder and Apple apps glitches after installing

Hello everyone. Time ago, I wrote a post in graphics section, but there was not clear solution.

The thing is, I got a skylake system (the one of my second config) with a Nvidia 710.

I can get the card recognised and with acceleration, shows correct VRAM, metal support, but when it comes to launch apps sometimes finder glitches, or the windows show up very tiny.

So investigating a bit I came to the conclusion that resterting finder will delete these "ghosts"

Knowing that safari doesn't render very well it might be a framework issue, but I don't know what.

 

If someone can take some light over this strange behaviour it will be appreciated.
