    Sleep prevented by mds

I tried to boot without voodootscsync, but I cannot reach the desktop. It stays on the Apple logo. The system is working under it and if I do Ctrl + UP I can't get rid for a moment of the logo. It's strange, reintroducing the kext fixes the problem. I don't know how it's linked.

    Sleep prevented by mds

I've tested your configuration. I have no sensors in HWSensors (Obvious, you deleted the kexts from Clover). I have no sound (I need VoodooHDA). But this time when I click on sleep, the Login page kicks off. If I do that three times (don't know what's happening here haha), the PC sleeps (it doesn't reboot). The computer can wake normally. I don't know what happens if the sleep time is longer. I have to test it. Thanks!

I have the same behaviour. The computer doesn't sleep. Even when I click on sleep it doesn't do anything. If I click three times on sleep, it seems that it works, but after a moment, the PC reboots. I don't know if this has something to do with Aptio firmware (Is a Lenovo desk PC, Aptio V firmware). I've seen updates for the BIOS, but I'm afraid of breaking things

I recive a 500 error when I try to download the app.
  7. Hi there, I noticed that my system cannot sleep properly, so I run pmset. Here are the results. The strange thing is that I got "sleep 0 (sleep prevented by mds)". What does it mean? Do you think that all other parameters are good to go? Recently I managed to fix reboot on shutdown. Maybe its linked with that. iMac:~ diego$ pmset -g System-wide power settings: Currently in use: standby 1 Sleep On Power Button 1 womp 0 autorestart 0 hibernatefile /var/vm/sleepimage powernap 0 networkoversleep 0 disksleep 10 sleep 0 (sleep prevented by mds) autopoweroffdelay 28800 hibernatemode 0 autopoweroff 1 ttyskeepawake 1 displaysleep 0 tcpkeepalive 1 standbydelay 10800 Thanks!

    Rebooting instead of shutdown

Hello, I don't know how, but I managed to fix my problem right after I posted this. The only thing i've done is to combine two patches that I have tested by separate. I've put in clover config: <key>SlpSmiAtWake</key> <true/> <key>FixShutdown</key> <true/>
  9. Hi there, The title says everything, I got a perfect build, with everything I want, but when I shutdown my hack it turns into rebooting. The build is in my signature. I've tried fix_shutdown in clover, and other patches, and none seem to work. Thanks.

    [Help] QE/CI problems with a gt 710

It's not necessary. It works OOB. I have them installed but it's not necessary.

You can't test with Lilu and the plugin for Nvidia. This card runs natively without any fixes (drivers). Don't inject Nvidia. You can't test with npci=0x2000 or npci=0x3000 as a boot arg too.

    Apple released macOS 10.13.3 Update

I'm using Blackmagic Disk Speed Test. My system hasn't experienced lags or freezes since I'm using APFS.

    Apple released macOS 10.13.3 Update

Last apfs.efi has changed. For me it drops write performance from 450MB/s to 250MB/s. Read speeds are the same. Going back to 10.13.2 apfs.efi and everything is fine.

    Dispaly settings on Mac OS

Did you tried installing VMware Tools?
  15. Did you updated to the supplemental update? Is safe to do it? Or it's better to stay on normal 10.13.2 while 10.13.3 is out.
