Colonel
You can use OS X's Grab utility, located in /Applications/Utilites Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31494-create-screenshot/#findComment-219233 Share on other sites
Proteo
Or try one of these combinations: Opt+Ctrl+Shift+3 (full screen, save it to the clipboard) Opt+Ctrl+Shift+4 (select screen area, save it to the clipboard) Ctrl+Shift+3 (full screen, save file to the desktop) Ctrl+Shift+4 (select screen area, save file to the desktop) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31494-create-screenshot/#findComment-219236 Share on other sites
kevin_4e
Or you can try my favorite: Command+Shift+4+Spacebar Takes pictures of only one window. Works similar to the grab app but mcuh quicker. Saves to desktop. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/31494-create-screenshot/#findComment-219291 Share on other sites
