Power Management is right!  :)

Send me your config.plist.

Is a good idea use a modified SSDT.  ^_^

config.plist attached!

sorry about the dual post. i wasn't thinking properly..

i have a modified SSDT, i believe i found it on a post Stinga11 made. the RampageDev one definitely does't work. it KPs with that one.

i might have fixed it. i'm getting score of 21,000+ now! i changed some RAM setting in BIOS.

config.plist.zip

Post your modified SSDT here. You have a lot of unnecessary things in your config.plist.

I recommend you use Piker's SSDT script.

Don't take unknown files in around the net, search and just use the correct for your Hack!

About your UEFI/BIOS changes, maybe is the XMP profile setting. Did you changed this section?

Hi,

I suggest you change your SMBIOS to Mac Pro 6,1. As it matches the c602 chipset family which the x79 is from.

If you have AGDP problems with that SMBIOS, then you can disable SIP and use AGDPfix.

Regards,

it was the XMP setting!

26K is quite a bit more than 21K! how do you have that with no OC? what CPU?

CPU: 4930K

Motherboard: Rampage IV Black Edition

RAM: 64GB DDR3 1866 Mhz

What I did was to research how to improve my system, with multiple different articles and guides I got this far. Made my DSDT with Shilohhh's patch and made SSDT with Pike's script.

do you think the board was a big factor? or the 64 gb ram?

Well some people tell me RAM got a say in Geek Bench scores, I looked it up and Primatelabs themselves say it got nothing to do with how many RAM modules and how much RAM you got. So I don't know.. really.

Motherboard is just an x79 board, shouldn't make much difference.

every component is taken into account

it's about quality not quantity

This being said, we must take into account the feature of the card if it is a dual channel strips to at least 2 and a quad 4 channel strips
