Xilo Posted March 28, 2016 Share Posted March 28, 2016 Hello, for the past week ive been trying to get Elcapitan on my compaq CQ58-253SA, it works, but not very well. It boots with dart=0 and cpus=1 but no audio, ethernet, wifi and the graphics has only 4 mb of vram. I used Clover boot loader to install osx. Any ideas? I have basic knowledge of a mac and how it works and can use single user mode a bit. For audio, we need know what is your audio codec. Xilo Posted March 29, 2016 Author Share Posted March 29, 2016 Im using clover, Ive managed to get past this screen by replacing the kexts with the ones in base system.dmg Ive installed mac os now but the same error that i had yesterday has come up so ill try to do the same thing again.
