Per curiosità che ti serve l'anti virus? Più che disabilitarlo disinstallalo ma fai attenzione usa il suo uninstaller se c'è meglio se segui una guida. Prova anche a disabilitare timemachine. Altra cosa in preferenze di sistema energia assicurato che sia selezionato solo metti in stop i dischi rigidi
