Extreme™ Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 Io ho aggiornato da circa un quarto d'ora. E' andato tutto a buon fine. Nessun kext da reinstallare post-aggiornamento. I tempi di avvio e spegnimento mi sembrano invariati rispetto alla 10.11 e comunque molto veloci: almeno sul mio hardware. Mi rimane da testare lo stop anche se sò già dai beta-testers della 10.11.1 che continua a rimanere il problema del monitor nero all'uscita dallo stop con le AMD ATI Radeon serie 6000 e successive. netgear Posted October 27, 2015 Author Share Posted October 27, 2015 Che poi che anche su Yosemite per avere distinzione tra XHC e EHCI (e non trovare tutte le periferiche USB 2.0 su XHC) ho sempre bisogno di FakePCIID.kext e FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext... FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext: Questo kext costringe alcuni valori a XUSB2PR (compensando PCI config 0xD0) sul controller Intel XHCI USB3. L'effetto è quello di instradare qualsiasi dispositivo USB2 dalle porte XHC a EHC1. In altre parole, gestire dispositivi USB2 con i driver USB2 invece dei driver USB3 (AppleUSBEHCI vs AppleUSBXHCI). Che poi che problema ci sia a gestire le USB2 con i driver USB3 non l'ho capito, dall'uso pratico sembrerebbe nulla, certo così è più elegante.
