When i need to understand his words, i first have to install osx on a pc, to translate his post with sherlock to be able to see if he really typed what i've read.. to be honest.. a ppc proc. can't be put in a 370 board. Not even when P.Anderson was standing next to you and holding your {censored} while you're on the job. I can't understand why people even reply to that noncence...anyway..i'm one of them, so forget what i said..haha.. Nice board...i think i will stay here for a while ! avian Posted November 1, 2006 Share Posted November 1, 2006 Mostly; there is more intel mac stuff appearing on that forum, for example PC to intelmac X1900XT flash instructions.But, that's for original apple macs with EFI, although I suspect that they should work on any EFI board... Ive been thinking about this lately. I am *very* tempted to go out and grab an intel board with EFI (the intel D975XBXLKR to be specific), and then try an X1900XT with a flashed EFI Bios. I mean I was planning an upgrade to conroe either way... just wish someone else tries this first to limit the ooopsy factor... and to see if it would even work well with a hacked osx install. (is any of the EFI stuff disabled on a JaS 10.4.x install?)
