GP1138
You need callisto 003 beta. http://omni.starchaser.org/ and go to the "Archives" section. Edit the info.plist in the callisto.kext to match your Device ID (I have the x200 and mine is 5955 so take that as you may)... there will be a spot (I believe under "IOPCIMatch" or somesuch) with eight digits, you want to put your DevID after the "1002". Then put both Callisto kexts into /system/library/extensions, go to Disk Utility and repair permissions on your boot drive, and reboot. You should now be able to adjust resolution. It worked for me! Don't expect to see Quartz Extreme or Core Image anytime soon, as it seems to be a lost cause on this chipset. Fortunately pretty much everything else works properly. He didn't say anything about QE/CI or OpenGL. The x200 isn't that bad, everything else on my laptop with the x200 chipset worked fine, including audio. The revised version 003 is what you need, it will work fine, just modify your device ID. Remember to repair your permissions after you put the kexts in the extensions folder. errandwolfe
For those of you who are interested, several of us did put in quite a bit of work trying to figure out how to get QE/CI working. While we were not successful, please feel free to read, maybe our failure will be the seed for someone else success. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...083&hl=x200 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30804-another-ati-x200-thread/#findComment-214673 Share on other sites

Prasys
ATI Radeon 9600 series or 9700 Series , that would work 9000 series for MAC also would work , [AGP/PCI] , that comes with OpenGL and QE only. No CI . But again its pretty fast , as GPU does all the dirty work for the CPU [aka the CPU does not have to emulate a software OpenGL Drivers] Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/30804-another-ati-x200-thread/#findComment-215376 Share on other sites
