neverguessme
Hello everyone, for a few days now I have been trying to install Yosemite on my PC. My build. Motherboard: Asus X99-A CPU: Intel 5960X Memory: Crucial 32GB DDR4 Graphics: MSI GTX 760 2GB I have tried all the install methods, read countless different forums and youtube videos but still no luck. I have tried X99 DMG method with Clover, no luck. I have tried Beast method, nothing works. I cannot get passed the installer, either it gets stuck on PCI configuration or with Clover it restarts. I don't understand whats wrong. I have tried several guides on here too. Another problem I am having is I can't disable CSM in my bios, when I restart it says my graphics card isn't supported and automatically enables CSM again. Can someone please help me with proper steps for my system. Thank You

fullerfun
Don't know if you ever got your system working, but the easiest way to install with the 5960x is to do it on a real Mac.... Check out rampagdev.com for full instructions.. After you install on a drive on a real Mac, leave the drive hooked up, install clover, drop in clover files. use something like kext utility to install kexts and rebuild the cache. Once done, then move the drive to your new hack.
