Can't update to 10.10.3: updater gets stuck

I can't update my Clover installation (i7 4790K, R9 290, ASUS Z97-K) to 10.10.3; the updater gets stuck at "About 14 minutes". These are the last lines of install.log:

You guys know anything? I googled the error and I got no results! It's like I'm the first one ever! And yes, I let that go for over an hour and a half.

What was the version of OS X you used before attempting to upgrade?

 

You use normal update or Combo?

I have 10.10.2. I don't know what the second question means, I'm updating through the App Store.

Try use the offline version: OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Update 

 

Make a backup all the important things like patched.kexts and etc...

Exactly the same.

Try repair the disk permissions and rebuild the cache. After that try update.

This is the log from repairing the permissions using Disk Utility:

Then I rebuilt the cache using sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions. It did not help.

I made a clean install... It didn't help either. LOL

What's this firmware update you installed (shows up in your first post)?

You may want to make sure to delete this since it may be the files that are being installed and may not have unpacked properly.  Once these are deleted, try the combo update again.

What's this firmware update you installed (shows up in your first post)?

 

I would say that is part of 10.10.3; it's in the same folder.

If one day you need use 10.10.3, try download the OS X 10.10.3 image and create a USB Installation with it.

Since I did all of this the clock won't stop crashing, so I think I'll install 10.10.3 from scratch as you said.

Can you tell me where to download that image, please?

Addendum: I had several partitions on the hard disk where OS X was installed. I wiped the whole drive and I installed OS X on it, OS X only, and I have never had any problems with updates since.
