I would say that is part of 10.10.3; it's in the same folder. If one day you need use 10.10.3, try download the OS X 10.10.3 image and create a USB Installation with it. Since I did all of this the clock won't stop crashing, so I think I'll install 10.10.3 from scratch as you said. Can you tell me where to download that image, please?
