Trim problem with 10.10.3

hello there
I upgraded my laptop to 10.10.3
all right except for the trim
I can not turn it on, I have a crucial m4 128gb
up to 10.10.2, I could activate it with chameleon ssd optimizer
now with 10.10.3 does not go further, I tried with trim enabler nothing

I always use a this metod and work perfect. Work and on all Beta version.

I used the 3rd option from Allan's links and since 10.10.0 i have not had to do anything.

 

When i look under sys prefs it states trim enable as yes. Could this be cosmetic or is trim actually working.

 

Anyway of checking?
