baga255 Posted March 5, 2015 Share Posted March 5, 2015 Hello, I have a problem that I've been trying to solve, but don't know where to start. The problem happens after I wake my laptop from sleep while on battery. Upon wake, the USB ports stop working, and I need to restart the laptop in order to get them working again.If I put the laptop to sleep while plugged in to the power adapter, the USB ports work upon wake. USB2 and USB3 ports are both affected.Has anyone had a similar problem? I haven't found something similar while searching. Any suggestions on troubleshooting are welcome! Laptop: Asus K450JN, i7-4700HQ 2.4 GHz, 8GB RAM, Intel HD4600 OS: Yosemite 10.10.1 Thanks!
