PCI Config Error with Clover

I am trying to install Yosemite using Clover on my system. I have a X858a-UD3R rev 2.0 motherboard. I have created the USB installer with Clover and when I try to boot from it, the installation is getting stuck at PCI Configuration Begin. i have tried putting in all the flags (2000, 3000 etc.) in the Config.plist but nothing seems to work. I am able to use Yosemite just find using Chimera 4.0 but am trying to install using Clover to see if I can fix the iMessage problem. Any idea on what could be causing this?

without seeing what popped in the logs before the PCI init began I would sat it needs a patched DSDT to finish initialization, try downloading/patching your DSDT and see if this is resolved.

I have included a screenshot of where the installation is getting stuck at. I am using a patched DSDT that was made for my motherboard.

i have it in my also, take a look at clover install on the installer, I have the same problem, some how get through I don't know.

but thing this way, I have a drive carry 10.9 maverick run great, I added one more partition to clone 10.10 Yosemite, update clover on Yosemite partition, then boot1 error, install to EFI then stuck at PCI Begin Configuration, remove all clover every where in the drive(EFI, partition Yosemite(partition later to clone)). install clover to 10.9 Maverick the old partition of the drive, boot clover to Yosemite went fine.
