Sim Posted July 28, 2014 Share Posted July 28, 2014 Hi all, As in title, I have a working Mavericks install on an MBR partition. Now I want to upgrade it to Yosemite and the installer just doesn't allow me to select the MBR partition (I run it directly in Mavericks). I tried to apply this patch http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/282-yosemite-public-beta-mbr-patch/ with no success (installer still doesn't allow me to select MBR partition) Can someone suggest me how to fix this ? OSInstall.mpkg to /System/Installation/Packages OSInstaller.framework to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks yes, I did like that, do I miss anything ?
