Pimentel
Hello 10.8.4 OSX versions...... I just tested in 10.9 and 10.9.1 and won't boot. With GE=yes/GE=no, editing kext, i tested everything and nothing... I belive that support was added in 10.9.3 Anyway, good to heard and see this work
theblackhole
back again started from scratch good to see it going smoothly, no boot flags needed regarding the Gpu got a new message now following vanilla method [AGPM Controller] unknownPlatformX86PlatformPlugin::cgRegisterCallbackHandler - gpu internal PLimit notification already registered with onboard vga disabled pthread support aborts when sync kernel primitives misused I was tempted to try connecting Gpu when the pc is running but didn't want to risk it when using PCIRootUID=1 I can see the name of the Gpu along with the cpu not sure if that means anything
Pimentel
Hello Maybe yes, maybe not… But i believe that with this os versions 10.9 you’ll start without qe/ci… because of this you'll need start always with -x(safe mode) Hint: after installed osx, update for 10.9.4 versions via combo update, i believe that since 10.9.3 you card grafik has support. theblackhole
I have installed the update 10.9.4 and the nvidia web drive update for it as well but unfortunately nothing changed still getting errors acpi_smc_platformplugin::gathercstateoverride - failed to set c-state demotion PCI Configuration Begin pthread support aborts when sync kernel primitives misused - apple answers The good news is, although in safe mode with no boot flags spacified, this the first time I am able to boot to mac with "onboard vga enabled" I got used to removing the gtx780 from it's slot, in and out every time I try something new, and mac refusing to boot with and without vga onboard I was able to install nvidia web driver, tempering with info plist file, changing the "s13E28" to "s13E", after rebooting it goes back to the way it was and nvidia is inactive very slooooow for a decent build any Ideas how can I get it to boot normal even with minimal drivers installed. theblackhole
Thanks again I have tried everything I could think of I was looking yesterday at.. I think it was called DPCIMANAGER and it suggested Fakesmc and iondrvsupport I tried fakesmc and I can see it recognised the card, Now it won't boot at all is there a boot flag to ignore fakesmc? maybe that was the reason I wasn't able to get it to boot before as installed fakesmc into my usb ... maybe what is iondrvsupport?
