If you see "high precision event timer"listed, then your MOBO supports it...... If so, I am still not sure what further changes to the DSDT HPET section are required for OS X natural power management to work on the DFI P965-S MOBO......but I have PM'd you a very simple version to try..... If not, then your MOBO does not and so OS X natural power management is probably not possible...
