X-TRiAL
Hi, I have installed 10.9 and installed all of the DP's one by one, upon DP6 I now get no battery detected. On the log in screen I get a battery icon with a cross through it. I was working in DP5 but now its not, I have tried reinstalling kexts, rebuilding cache. I have tried RehabMan's branch of AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext and also I have tried AppleACIPBattery.kext but battery is still not being recognised. Anyone else have this issue or a solution? Thanks.
Alex009988
What kext did you use at DP5? I have tried RehabMan's branch of AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext and also I have tried AppleACIPBattery.kext but battery is still not being recognised. . These kexts will never work without the correction in DSDT
TheEnthusiast
Try this version for 10.9 DP 6, not a rollback. AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext.zip

These kexts will never work without the correction in DSDT Think I already had the patch within my DSDT as it worked before and works in 10.8, not sure where to find a patch for DP6? Try this version for 10.9 DP 6, not a rollback. I tried that version and its still the same situation.
