erstwhile
I started to install 10.8.3 on my laptop, Lenovo G480, but I kept getting this particular error message that just wouldn't let me do anything further. The installation process stops everything time at this place: I've searched for solutions everywhere, http://www.projectosx.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=888 and http://olarila.com/Patches/Misc/EHCI%20ownership.txt. But when I patched it, I got tons of errors and messages that I just didn't know what to do exactly. The latter solution takes forever to patch the file. So can anyone patch the aml file? Much appreciated. Thanks in advance. acpi_dsdt.zip Here's my system report if anyone needs it. Report.txt

AREOS
So did you fix the ehci error? If so how? I have a gateway laptop with this issue, and I has already tried every dsdt edit and boot arg and nothing seems to fix it. Thank you

In fact I meant to tried using Clover bootloader because someone said there's this USBOwnerFix option in the menu. Maybe you could try a little bit.
