Installation via USB to USB, after restore the usb install to the MBR Partition Table until the mbr patch cames out.

i prepare the regular pendrive and install in a 16gb pendrive. after that i boot into my system and restore the pendrive with the system installed in a partition previously created.

worked perfectly. but i had to use the ml installation in order to work...

still no load to the desktop on 10.9 but on 10.8 it's load properly.. hmmm

by the way the efistring same as mine 

 

your proc same as mine.. do you using SSDT ? maybe this the solution

oke now i can reach desktop on normal boo "sometimes"t, but no QE/CI "Display 64 MB ....."

check the installation, if there are no wrong flags, use -f too...

 

try with no string, -f and ge=yes

It is set so in the driver, i have no idea why they did so, but all notebooks seem to be set to 1GB VRAM now.

For ML i made a script that let you assign the VRAM you want, but is not tested on 10.9 yet, if you wonna try let me know.

Change the ?? with the red number bellow to set the desired amount of VRAM:

10 = 256MB of RAM

18 = 384MB of RAM

20 = 512MB of RAM

30 = 768MB of RAM

40 = 1024MB of RAM

 

1. copy AppleIntelFramebufferCapri.kext to the desktop and make a backup of it 

2. run the script in the terminal (dont forget to fill in the ??)

3. install the kext, rebuild caches (i would suggest kext wizard)

4. restart pray and let me know how it went

Sorry guys, i've the same configuration as yours, i5 3210m with HD4000, and the only thing that doesn't work in my Maverick is just the Graphic Card, i removed intel kext during installation, and i don't know what kext i need in S/L/E to get my card working, i'm never been able to get full QE/CI neither in ML, cause noone give me a hand to solve this.....can you help me please to understand exactly what kext i need and what i've to do???Sorry, but i'm desperate, that's my config:
