laurentdrk13 Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 Hi everyone, So I've installed Mountain Lion(10.8) on my HP DV7-4180eb laptop (http://h10025.www1.h...cname=c02541743). I posted this topic because I'm searching for more than a week how to install the drivers for my graphic card. For booting I'm using "Chameleon 2.2 - r2233" I've already type my EDID in "DisplayProductID-717" and put my vendorID(1002) and deviceID(0x68c1) in the ATI5000Controller.kext. freeuser16 Posted May 22, 2013 Share Posted May 22, 2013 Maybe Chameleon does not have your device-id? Thus card is not recognized at all.. In such case you have to add it and recompile Chameleon. Alternatively you can use DSDT injection to enable the card.
