Hi,

Sorry i know you are tired of getting this everyday, I am very new to all of this. Tried attempting this before but failed so i gave up. i am now determined to make this work!

I have an Acer Aspire 5536G with the following specs:

AMD Turion X2 RM-74

Acer JV50PU Motherboard

4GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 4570 Graphics Card

I currently have a windows 7 Ultimate and windows XP Professional DualBoot setup. However i would like to add a Mac OS X installation as well.

Is this possible with my specs? I have done some research already but i am scared i will mess up my laptop if i do not cross check with an expert.

I was planning on installing Snow Leo with this guide

http://suhastech.com/how-to-amd-hackint ... or-10-6-7/

and then updating to Lion via this guide

Is it possible for me to do this? If not could you point me towards a relevant guide that is compatible with my specs. I dont mind just installing snow leopard.

Thanks a lot!! icon_thumbup.gif

hello

for the lion forget for now, u have a cpu amd not supported by mac os x, so to run mac os x, must use always a modified kernel ( legacy_kernel)

for snow my advice is to use snow leopard 10.6.3 retail + nawcom modcd to boot
