GP1138
1.) I tried and failed to install Front Row properly, due to my OpenGL being {censored} (read: not working). When I'd try to open Front Row, it would play the SFX, but only have a white screen. The problem is that now my volume keys have gone AWOL. What files does Front Row Enabler modify, and how would I go about fixing my volume keys? 2.) Ever since trying a different OpenGL framework, and messing about with the x1000 ATI files, I have crashing OpenGL. I can't open the screensavers control panel, and anything that involves OpenGL crashes immediately (Chess, etc.). How would I go about correcting this? GP1138
Don't waste you time if you don't have QE and CI support or you don't the the proper video drivers working correctly. No, no. I've given up on Front Row and dearly miss my beloved volume up and down buttons, which previous to my foolish affair with Front Row, worked like a charm. I no longer care for Front Row, in fact, I despise it! Filthy wench! I'd love to get my volume keys back, though. domino
If you use the enable, it's almost positive that you will never get a reply that fixes your problem. what OS X version are you using now? If you use 10.4.7, download nd install the 10.4.7 intel combo update from apple and either repatch or reinstall. Likewise if you use 10.4.6, install and repatch 10.4.6 intel combo update. I can no longer try to help you with your problem because it's been said more than a handful of times the the enable will more than likely break you hackintosh system. You should go to the person that created the enabler and ask him for support.
