Chebyshev
After installing MS Office 2004, all the component except Excel (which is what I care most about, unfortunately) work. When I start Excel, it starts, but whenever I try to open a document it crashes (doesn't tell me why, just crashes). Anyone having/had a similar problem? kaleph
I had the same issue, and i "fixed" by reinstalling office and selecting the VBA component to be installed. I just tried this, I assume you mean the Visual Basic for Applications component? This solution didn't work for me, I get the same problem... Chebyshev
Maybe that is the problem - I am running an SSE2 machine with the SSE3 emulation. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/2625-microsoft-excel/#findComment-17319 Share on other sites

Adrian Godong
Does anyone ever tried using Excel with Samba Server for documents? Finder works, but Word and Excel sees it as read-only drives. Any idea? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/2625-microsoft-excel/#findComment-20865 Share on other sites
