Greetings,

I am a newbie and I am in sponge mode. I am trying to understand the differnces in the various DVD ISOs. Can someone tell me the differences between the two packages? Is one more suited towards AMD or Intel? Does one support more devices or considered more stable than the others?

Thanks In Advance!

Since jas is on intel and can't directly test on amds (as reported by himself if i recall), and since myzar does work with an amd system, i tend to go with myzar's for my amd platform, although i haven't tested jas isos yet on amd and don't speak from personal experience.

So my usual first reaction would be to recommand jas for intel, and myzar for amd.

But there are amd users who do install with jas' isos (or hotiso, which is also jas') without problems and love it.

And vice versa.

Only jas and myz could answer this properly; and they probably collaborate (at least i hope so).
