You would need to use "ATY_Init" and put the GTX295 in slot 1 with another Nvidia "Helper" card (preferably with EFI) in slot 3. You would also need to add the GTX295 device id someplace, and at that point you would in effect have a GTX275. I don't recall if the extra CUDA cores show up, but OSX can most definetely NOT get any use from SLi. So for 99% of apps, you would be better off to just get an EFI GTX285. If you are going to mess with "ATY_Init" you should get a GTX470.
