toyotascionxd
I have installed Snow Leopard 10.6.3 and did not have any problems with the installation. I am also able to go online once i install the ralink client software. I have an asus pce-n13 wireless adapter. It's a pci card attached to my mobo. I have no problems going on line using SL 10.6.3. The problem starts when I run ##### 3.1. I am still able to go online with 10.6.6. But of course the resolution on my display read 1200 x800. I need to run the driver for my nvidia video card in order to get the right resolution. Here are my questions. 1. Is there a driver for mac for an evga nvidia 9500 GT video card? 2. Once I run ##### and selected boot options (graphics enabler=yes) and restart the computer thats when the problem starts. I'm able to get the correct resolution and the sound. But I am not able to go online. Here is my rig. Mobo: Gigabyte Ga-p55a-ud3 ver. 1 Memory: Gskills 4 GB DDR3 Hard Drive: Seagate 1.5 TB partitioned Video card: EVGA Nvidia 9500 GT 1 GB DDR2 Keyboad and mouse: MS comfort 5000 Adapter: Asus PCE-N13 PS Would replacing my adapter into an edimax ew-771 Un solve my problem? danerd100
I had the same issue and I solved it using this: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=29436 I know it says that the driver is for a realtek card but it worked for my onboard nforce card as well Anybody with the same issue, install the kext, reboot, and it should work... it's magical, I know...
