Ati HD 5770 driver

Hi,i'm a complete noob on the osx86 project so far....just successfully installed ideneb 1.6 on my machine and don't know how to install Ati display driver..

Can somebody help me please??

I got similiar problems. I got a Ati Radeon HD 5770 and saw many guides and videos about installing the new drivers to osx86 system but nothing worked for me so far.

My question is if the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] guide is only for systems that were installed with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] ati 5xxx or if it is an universal method.

Also i installed the driver by myself i took the drivers from netkas and installed them via kexthelper diddnt worked. I only hang after booting on a blackscreen a second before the desktop should appear. i took my graphicscard out and installed all driver 1 by 1 again and i saw that this black screen error seems to be caused by the atix3000.plugin!

Now i diddnt know what to do.

I made a fresh install of my osx ( by the way i am using IAtkos S3 v2 ). I installed the combo update and took [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] to fix permission, drivers etc. but now i got an odd in the end of the installation of [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url]. System wont boot anymore. Again fresh install and now i did it like the first time i just choosed rewrite caches and fix permissions. The installation is complete but when i start again my system wont boot i got kernel panic or something like that.

I get the screen that i have to reboot my computer...

 

I came from osx leopard and now in snow leopard most things are different. But i choosed leopard because of the ati drivers. Now they wont work i dont know what to do next.

I read that thread but if there are over 31 pages of answers it is a bit difficult to get trough the whole thing should i post my answer in the other thread sorry i am new to all this forum things i just read them up to now

Go to about page 13, you'll see a guys named Tmongl, in his Sig is a solution for you. Or head over to Tonymacx86's blog or forum under his Graphics section.

 

Yes you are new, but you have to read. Even if it takes 31 pages to get the answer. I have never ever asked a question about how to install anything relating to Snow Leopard.(Not to my memory atleast, lol). Just keep reading bro and you'll find your answers that you need.

Hi I have a problem of graphics on iDeneb. My graphics is called ATI ASUS EAH5770. In iDeneb writes that it's ATI Radeon HD 5700 and the settings I have only 1024x768 resolution and I need a 1440x900 please what should I do? I apologize for my English I'm slovakian
