Well im testing already (in my Truck) with my GA-P55-UD3 Fallowed [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] ATI instructions to the letter (several times) Cant get to the install screen (disk utility) Tried install in "safe mode" as instructed as well, but after spinning for a while screen just goes blank and monitor turns off............hmmmm What Video card are you running MaLd0n ? All I did is type -x and then get online download [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url], DSDT.aml and 10.6.4 update from tonymacx86 website. After that I reboot and use -s then fsck -y now it works fine except I lost onboard ethernet. fueltank Posted July 3, 2010 Share Posted July 3, 2010 ok i now realised the black screen was because I was plugged in to the vga port on my video card. having it plugged in to the DVI port I get no black screen. ok, I got it to work. Used this method http://tonymacx86.blogspot.com/2010/04/ibo...ac-os-x-on.html I have video working, shows up as G210 BUT only as 512mb but my version is 1GB Audio works. Ethernet works. Video works... 2560x1600 on my 30" Dell via DVI. Like I said above... if you are getting black screen and your video card has both VGA and DVI then run the screen from the DVI. Otherwise you'll need to use the -x (safemode) to boot in.
