MiniHack
Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere (couldn't spot a thread!), but the new Commodore looks enticing for retro fans and is plainly specced with OSX in mind. Take a look. Clearly pointing out that an EFI based OS can be installed.....but trying to avoid attracting the attention of lawyers. Nicely done and I would love one of these in my living room - if I didn't already have my Zotac and other toys. Anyone on here working on this? MiniHack
very nice, very nice. Having done a little digging, looks like the hints that it is OSX compatible may be a little overblown though - it seems the integrated graphics (GMA 3100) is not QE/CI supported and with no separate slot for a video card it looks unlikely to be HD compatible. So it'll work, but with crippled graphics.....maybe apt for a Commodore 64!!!
ameris_cyning
Where is the Commodore logo? Some sites are reporting that this is a possible hoax.
Espionage724
An EFI OS can be customer self-installed using an unmodified dvd install disk (requires additional optional hardware, available elsewhere). Hmmmm, that is a nice way to "hide" the obvious
