Hi,

 

I already replaced the thermal paste to Shin-Etsu G751 in middle last year. So, CPU temperater on mine is lower than yours. Around 70C to 80C. Most of the time highest is 70C. You need to clean the exhaust vent. Maybe dust build up in there preventing the hot air from escaping. You also need to re-apply thermal paste on CPU. GPU & VRAM use thermal pads. So, if you want to replaced them, you either get new thermal pads or do copper shims on them. Be careful, thermal pads can be easily disintegrated.
